They say men and women are equal today
It’s a shame they lowered women that way.

They say a child will hurt your career,
and children are something we should fear.

They say marriage is just a sexual choice,
and if it does not work, there’s always divorce.

Sodomy is no longer a word they say,
instead they prefer to use words like gay.

Keep God away from our school, they say.
In public places we can no longer pray.

For the rights of one atheist we must all pay.
This is the law of the land is what they say.

If you try and help others at work or at play,
the lawyers will sue you, again they say.

They say, if you want to die we should not interfere.
Killing the sick and the old is nothing to fear.

How many times do we hear every day,
on TV or radio, horrific things they say?

We must pray for them, for on judgment day,
standing in front of our God, what will they say?
